At The Pilates Loft, our mission is to empower each individual by enhancing and developing greater self-confidence through mindful movement. We believe that true transformation happens when the body, mind, and spirit are engaged in teamwork. Through Pilates, we find an environment where one can connect to the beauty that resonates within, strengthening not just the body, but also the inner self.

Our goal is to guide each person to discovering newfound freedoms in their body and self, cultivating greater mobility, strength, and confidence.

By engaging the brain along with the body, we create a space for an inside to outside change, feeling lighter, aligned, and capable in physical activity and everyday life.

Meet the owner

With a passion for movement, body awareness, & good for humanity, Monika is the founder and instructor at The Pilates Loft, a Pilates studio dedicated to helping individuals attain mobility, strength, and body confidence.
She received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2009 in La Jolla, California, and has been teaching ever since (16 years!), empowering clients to feel their best both physically and mentally.

Monika believes in finding appreciation for your body and all it does. Through her teachings, she creates a fun, supportive, & beneficial environment where clients can feel motivated and inspired to their full potential. By focusing on the recruitment of the right muscle groups for movement, she helps her clients progress in strength, stamina, and flexibility, advancing their physical capabilities and enhancing their overall wellness.

Whether you’re aiming to improve posture, reduce discomfort, or build body confidence, Monika’s unique ability will guide you to connect with your body; finding weaknesses & transforming them to strengths.

You will be provided with the tools needed to move with ease and confidence—both in the studio and in daily life.
